On the morning of Friday, the 3rd day of the month of Roach in the year of the Dragon, corresponding to April 26, 2024, in the Apsara meeting room, His Excellency Longdy Sannara, Secretary of State, led a consultative meeting regarding the preparation of activity plans for the National Author's Day event in 2024. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Secretary of State, Madam General Director of the Administration, representatives from the General Department of Cultural Technical Affairs, the Director of the Department of Books and Reading, representatives from the Rights of Authors, Legal Affairs, Planning, and partner organizations, including the President of the Cambodian Writers' Association, the Director of the CIPA organization, and a total of 18 technical officials.
